Paid up letter

Cell c has really bad customer service when it comes to giving customers their paid up letters I have been sent from pillar to post and I still haven't received my paid up letter. I don't get what's so difficult in typing a letter stating that a person has finished paying off their contract now m struggling to get a home loan due to this cell c contract that appears on my credit record as though it is active but in actual fact it was paid up.
