Paid Up but still have default on credit report after more than a year

<p>I got a letter from NDS stating my account has been handed over to them to be collected.</p> <p> </p> <p>I finshed paying the amount in April 2016, I received a paid-up letter on 16 May 2016 form NDS.</p> <p>SWince then I have contacted Cell C multiple times and send the Paid up letter to them from their website as no one seems to be able to help.</p> <p> </p> <p>It has now been just over a year since this was paid up and still Cell C shows as a judgement on my credit report. I phoned Cell C now and after waiting only 18 minutes for Legal I got the voice prompt to rate the level of service, still not having spoken to anyone.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have contacted Cell C 5 times through their website without havibng anyone contact me.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 4 Spetemebr 2016 I received another mail from Munnik Basson Dagama stating I have been handed over again by Cell C. I only had one contract with Cell C so there is no way I can be handed over for the same thing a few months apart and on top of that, different amounts.</p> <p> </p> <p>I sent them the paid up letter but yet again no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>Completely and utterly useless from Cell C, but that's what I've come to expect form them in recent years which is why I moved</p>
