Paid up account reflecting as overdue on my credit profile.

I had a contract with cell C which I paid off in the month of February 2018. a paid up letter was emailed to me stating that all Credit bureaus will be updated and till today my credit profile states that the account is overdue. I have tried to contact cell c numerous times telephonically and through emails and I have not been assisted at all. I've been sent from pillar to post regarding this matter and I feel as though I have exhausted all reasonable methods to get some attention regarding this hence I have decided to put it up on hellopeter. I am in need of spectacles and my medical aid has paid out a portion of the cost the optometrist I use offers credit for clients who do not have any cash to pay for the amount that isn't covered by the medical aid and because of this cell c contract I cannot obtain that from my optometrist. this is a matter of urgency and I would really appreciate it if my credit profile was updated as soon as possible.
