Paid Up Account not updated on ITC

I'm not very happy with Service received. My Cell C account was in arrears & it got handed over. So end of July I paid up my account and first week of August I received my paid up letter. CellC has not updated on ITC and this is reflecting badly on my credit report. I went to a CellC branch and they said they will follow up with the legal department. I still have not received feedback.

What annoys me more is the fact that accounts that were paid off on the same day have all been updated except for the CellC account.

Please advise.
