PAID UP ACCOUNT BUT STILL DEBIT

good day i closed my account in end of June paid it full up and debit order was changed but ive been charged for the last 2 months and each time they deduct from my debit account after i closed the account i am frustrated with the whole process and thats why i cancelled the account and im getting fed up with this **** service
