Paid R69 pm for almost 2 years for nothing

Please help me get my premiums back. I've never received such bad service in my life. C Surance cannot approve my claim for repairs just because I removed the original sim card!!! You need to hold for about hour to get through to an agent then they tell you ****. NB: They didn't even send me the contract in the first place.
