Paid in full letter

I need to commend Cell C for having the best gate keepers in the world. The client care call center is doing a sterling job at this!!!!!!!

I have requested a paid in full letter on 20/09/2022 and received a return mail confirming that I will have resolution in 48 hours. It is now 03/10/2022 and have to date not received any further communication from them.

On further enquiry today, I was told by the client care call center to send the request again. I am not willing to do this as we tried to resolve this issue since March 2022. I now need this letter as a matter of urgency.

A staff member told me today to use HelloPeter, Twitter and Facebook to get their attention and resolution.

Please get this resolved!
