Paid full settlement amount but still being debited

It's been over a month I had written my complaint and still hasn't been resolved or gotten feedback from Cellc. At this point right now I feel defeated because clearly my concerns as a customer don't matter. I do not want to rewrite the whole complaint again, all I'm asking for is feedback about my previous complaint. If you don't have an answer to my query please say so and give me back my money because I've already paid the settlement amount for my contract and close the account.
