Paid for airtime in February still not received

I deposited R70 via EFT to Cell C on the 18th February 2016, to date i have received nether the airtime nor a refund.I have phoned and emailed cellc about this numerous times. they requested a bank statement which i duly sent on the 26th February 2016. last week i was told that the prepaid department can not read emails and attachments together so my bank statement was not used as they would not know what it was about, this is how seriously Cell c takes personal information. i cut and pasted the relevant bits and sent a proof of payment so they could see what i was referring to, this is all on the instruction of a supervisor from the call centre, who once again assured me that i would be contacted within 2 days. every time i phone or email i am assured of a contact back and resolution within 2 days to date no one from Cell c has contacted me. i can not find any number other than the call centre to contact cell c i would like to inform their legal department that i will have to initiate a small claims case against them, the amount is pathetic but this is becoming tantamount to theft
