Paid contract showing outstanding 😡

Imagine calling cellc to cancel both my contracts I was given the amount to pay and was advised to make one payment for both contracts which was done payment made 03 December 2021 only for one contract to be canceled I call today 22/12/2021 to be advised no only one contract is canceled your account is outstanding why the hell do I pay for my contracts no to be canceled please note to not even dare debiting my account because I paid escalation was open Ref *** I was informed no 2 days and the other contract will be canceled they just the worse because today I'm being advised no investigation is being done for what exactly if I flippen paid the damn account for both contracts to end I hate cellc been a customer thought I will be a customer again but with the horrible service hell to F# no
