paid but service cut

3 debit orders run but not for amounts due. Done left this am to pay balance service still suspended. Pathetic service. Give a settlement amount so we can buy out the contracts as this is pathetic debit orders run when not ment etc pathetic service.this is not the 1st time we are asking for buy out amount. ***
