Paid but rerunning debits

Good Day Moses<br> <br> It is clear that your accounts department is trying to run a mock with our account. Attached is documents showing that the account was paid on the 15th September 2015 and that IT WAS NOT RETURNED. CELL C WAS PAID.<br> <br> Look attached 1st page of statements and you can see that it matches the September amounts.<br> <br> On the 25th Cell C again attempted to run a debit order for the R5814.46 but split it into 2 amounts R 5000.00 and R 814.46 that I stopped??? WHY???<br> <br> It looks like I am going to have to go to Wendy Knowler about this constant incompetence in trying double debits and failure to send statements before due date of payment but only after even though we were promised this was resolved.<br> <br> Does Cell c know what it is doing? Why no response to emails??<br>
