Paid account but Cell C handed me over to ITC?
I paid up my account with Cell C at the end of September 2021. This morning, October 20th, I get a call from an organization stating I have been handed over.
Cell C, mind explaining to customers why you hand them over if they do actually pay their accounts?
I do not CARE what your excuses are, I will SLANDER your organization as a consumer who did the right thing, and is now listed on ITC.
I expect you to contact me VERY quickly.
