Paid Account
I had a contract with Cell C of which I paid off in December 2017 and even after paying it, they still said I am owing. I was notified in February 2018 that I am owing a total amount of R1000 l, of which I paid within the end of April if I am not mistaken and got a paid up letter from NDS Credit Management ***-***-NDSCC-2018. My problem is that ever since I paid the account off l, it still appears on my bureau till current date and when you contact the Cell C legal department they forever busy till they knock off. I need the account removed from my bureau as it does affect me personally and need to fix my credit.
