PAID 2YR CONTRACT UPFRONT & NO SERVICE

Good day,

My aunt had taken out a Cell C 24 month Cell C mobile contract, i.e. :-

- Samsung Galaxy Note 4
- Smart Chat 1 Gig Postpaid
- Inception - 12 June 2015
- Monthly payment - R549.00

In July 2015 my aunt was having financial issues and could not afford the contract. I then decided to take it over from her, i.e. as a private agreement between my aunt and I. I paid the monthly subs until December 2015 but I was not receiving the monthly data and talk minutes.

In Jan 2016 I spoke to the Cell C manager at Cell C, Victoria Rd, Pmb and advised him that I want to pay off the full 24 month contract but will still want to receive the monthly data and talk time. He confirmed that if I paid up the contract I will indeed still receive the monthly data and talk time.

On 15 Jan 2016, I paid R10,814.62 as per Cell C's settlement letter.

Since Aug 2015 to date I have not been receiving the monthly service. I have sent several emails to Cell C but do not get a positive response.
