I had a contract with cell c over a year ago and paid it up, to my surprise cell c still reflects on my credit score. i have requested a paid up letter but no one has gotten back to me. I spoke to Judith Mtjalo who did not even create a case for me and today i am told i have to wait another 7 days.

I did receive a call from cell c telling me i will get the letter by today which has not happened. I called in again today and was told i will get it by Friday, what i don't understand is why am i given the run around. I did pay up my account why is it so difficult to draw up a letter and send it to me. This is frustrating as this shows me as a bad payer. Please Cell C send me this letter urgently i need to clear my name.

I am about to loose my mind right now with empty promises from this company. Tshepiso called me from Cell C after i complained and promised to send me the letter in a few minutes, the time was 11:17 till now i have not received it. Then Palesa called also following up on my complaint at 1:16 till now i have not received the email i was promised. I need this letter before the end of today as i was promised please.
I am about to loose my mind right now with empty promises from this company. Tshepiso called me from Cell C after i complained and promised to send me the letter in a few minutes, the time was 11:17 till now i have not received it.
