Package migration nightmare!

<p>I was told that it is possible to migrate to another data package after 3 months.</p> <p>Well its been 6 months and would very much like to migrate from our current 20 + 20 GB Smartdata to 30 + 30 GB Smartdata.</p> <p> </p> <p>After logging 2 requests I keep getting a variety of responses ranging from 'its not possible to migrate' and my favourite - 'you can migrate to Smartdata 30GB but you will loose the 30GB nite data' </p> <p>I cannot begin to explain how frustrating this is! Its as if migrations are possible but are being 'discouraged'</p> <p>According to the website the 30GB + 30GB Smartdata package is available but has been moved to the 'Smartdata Share' section.</p> <p>I cannot understand why it has to be such a battle! </p>
