Package delivery
Trying to receive an upgraded phone by courier is beyond difficult. No matter how many time I have told them that for the phone to be delivered it has to be before 13.30 otherwise I am totally unavailable. The pakage has now been sent back to Cell C and I have to reapply for the upgrade.

I have been contacted, but, as I said to the agent, the package needs to be delivered before 13.30 on which ever day it is sent.
She agreed to this so we will wait and see.
