***** package dealings

So I posted a complaint earlier, and the generic "we will get back to you" jargon that was rep**** to my complaint went no-where.

So the conclusion is that Cell C loaded not one, not two but 4 contract packages on my 1 cell phone number, and charged me for all 4. Then they used a little bit out of each contact every time I went online or used my phone.

So I had to pay R6000 for my one month cell phone contract !!

The excuse now is that "used benefits cannot be refunded". Well hello I did not ask for 4 packages, you loaded it!!!!

Don't use this Cell phone provided that are ***** as hell. I am locked into a 2 year contract now, but the MINUTE it is up, I WILL be moving my business elsewhere!!!
