Package Changes a *******
<p>I have been a cutomer of Cell C in excess of 10 years and have multiple contracts with them. Over the last months I have been horribly disappointed when upgrading as to receive the same or similar option from a package perspective with a decent handset has translated into a 80% increase in the monthle fees. How does Cell C justify this? Changing packages and given them fancy names is just a dupt licitous way of charging subscirbers substantailly more for the same, or a reduced, offereing with regards to airtime, messages and data. I upgraded last year, but will not do so this year, I am now shopping around ather networks as the deals they have advertised are up to R200 - R300 cheaper. So much for Cell C having the best rates!</p>

01 Aug 2016, 07:49Had a call from a consultant, no help at all as she did not work in the sales department. My complaint is fairly self explanatory, why then would Cell C get a consultant who cannot assist in resolving my issue call me. Pathetic way to try and appease disappointed customers!
