Paarl branch unhelpful and says I must simply just wait for a replacement phone

I purchased a Samsung Z flip 4 from the Paarl office. Returned it within 7 days for out of box failure. Now they tell me I must wait for a new one however they can't tell me if it will come today, next week or next month. I run my business from my phone and lose money by the day. Lady at the store was very unhelpful on the phone and ended the call by saying OK cool. Very unprofessional
