Owner Rude

I phoned in to find out why it was taking so long for my mother-in-laws new phone and tablet to arrive. After speaking to the staff member I asked to speak to the manager. When the staff member asked him to take the call I heard him in the background instructing her what to say. She then can.e back on the line and repeated what she had said earlier. I insisted that she out him on the phone. When he answered the phone, I admit I was harsh with him but instead of trying to calm me down, he shouted back and swore at me. Eventually he told me he did not want my or my mother-in-laws business and told me to go else where.
