owner Rude

I reported the owner of the Baywest CellC branch for being rude to me and telling me to take my business elsewhere CellC contacted me in good time and undertook to assist with my Mother-in-Laws upgrade. That was Thursday last week. Today is Tuesday 5 days later and the matter is still not resolved. Will a responsible person, who can help, from CellC please contact me as soon as possible.
