Owk i have cell cont...

Owk i have cell contract with cell c so i lost my contract sim card then i notice i tryed to to swim swap with cell c bt unfortunatly it wasnt going through because of the registred simcard so they charged me those sim card fees while it was not them who did the process of swim swap i went to cellc store to do that and i paid for it so i layed a complain they gve me a case number at cell c thy only removed 1 swim swap fee only 1 was lest i had to pay for it the other thing is that there is gey more on my bill which thy deduct money which i am not aware of it
