Owing money on aCell C account I don't have.

I have emailed Cell C numerous times asking for them to remove me from their credit lists as they say I owe them money. I do not even have a damn Cell C account. They keep pestering me for the last f*cking 3 years about an account I dont have. I have emails from Moses Mo***eng saying the store made an error and it is Cell C's fault. Now i cant get an Account for my girlfriend because Cell C is full of ****. CAN SOMEONE WHO IS GOING TO DO ANYTHING CALL ME AND SORT THIS ****ING PROBLEM OUT FOR ONCE AND FOR ****ING ALL.
