Owed money for 4 months

My Case number ********** 542 logged in JUNE 2017. Cell C sent me a tablet in June 2016 which i sent back on the same day. They billed me for a year until i found out. In June 2017 I logged the call. 3 MONTHS later on 18 September I received a call that they would pay me back R 1628.00.

I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY MONEY.

SHOCKING SERVICE . I have been a client for 13 YEARS

Please define shortly. I was told on Tuesday 10th at 9.25 someone would call me in an hour. After an 18 minutes call. I was told again this morning at 09.00 am after a 22 minutes call that someone would phone me in a hour. It's 13:23 and still nothing.
