OVERPROMISE & UNDERDELIVERING SERVICE

I was promised a credit on my cellphone account with an amount of R1920.00 by Nicollete Dalais in the upgrades department. Nicolette Dalais now no longer works in the same department, surely someone could offer to listen to the recorded call and just sort the matter out. 2 months later and I'm still waiting for this credit to happen. I have now been on the phone today with 9 different people wasting 57 minutes of my time only to be passed on from one person to the next and nothing has been resolved or no one can give answers. I demand this credit is placed on my account immediately or I will be contacting the CPA to address the matter further. Ref *** and I'm still waiting to be contacted! Your service is pathetic!!!
