Overport Cell C refused to take back a wifi router

<p>I bought a wifi router from Overport Cell C for R999 because my own 3G ****le was eating up my data at a phenomenol rate. Cell C call centre said that 'any cell C shop could download software onto the ****le and fix the problem.' Overport cell C could not help me.</p> <p> </p> <p>Instead they immediately began to persuade me to buy a wifi router or take out a new contract. </p> <p>I eventually bought a router for R999 on 31 August 2016 but the problem persisted.</p> <p>So I tried to return the router today.</p> <p>Overport Cell C refused to take back the router and refund my money.</p>
