Overpayment

<p>Hi, I'm not sure if im being an idiot or what but logically speaking if you take out a 24 month contract you should be making a total of 24 payments towards the handset over the term even if the contract goes over to a month to month.</p> <p> </p> <p>I also tried calling customer service for clarification and just because their explanation doesn't make sense at all they willing to talk to me and consultant just completely dismissive even though you take them through it step by step and they even agree to your logic but still expect me to to happy about paying 25 payments on a 24 month contract and all they focussing on is start and end dates...</p> <p> </p> <p>Is there anyone that can explain to me how this makes sense...</p>
