Overdue account payment

I received 3 SMS's saying that each account was in arrears to the amount of R127.00 and that the phones would be disconnected within 2 days if the accounts weren't paid. They also threatened charges of R70 per number for Debit order returned. unpaid.<br> Firstly the contract amounts were paid by EFT on the 1st of April therefore they are not in arrears. Secondly I don't pay by debit order so if Cell C have submitted debit orders then it is their fault.<br> Furthermore if you look back at complaints against this company I don't have coverage and have complained about this. In fact I am in the process of changing from Cell C.<br> This is the worst service from a company I have ever known and they don't care about anything.<br> If you try to retrieve a statement then their website is down or doesn't recognize you etc.etc. etc.<br> I am lodging this under the one number but it relates to ***, *** ***6<br> <br>
