overcharging on cell phone contract

i have a cellphone contract for 2 phones with your company. I have been overcharged on my account every month end the initial agreement was supposed to be R349 per month but im being charged different amounts every month. Can i Please have a fixed installment on my account and I would like to cancel my contract since im not happy with your service.
