Overcharged the monthly payment

In the month of October 2025 I an offer from Cell C for data only and the account number is *** and the consultant told me that each month they will deduct R249.01 and that's what made me to accept this offer and he also confirmed that on the October 2025 they won't deduct or debit won't go through but they will start deducting on the following month end of November 2025.

To my surprise end of November no deduction was made as agreed but in the middle of December month I recieved a call a different consultant informing me that end of November as agreed they will deduct R394.57 and when I questioned about this R394.57 which was not what I agreed to pay or signed for the consultant told me about the pro rata charges and still to me didn't make sense because the contract I signed says I will be paying R294.01 each month all of the sudden I am subjected to pay R394.57 forcefully.

What irritate me most is that now Cell C has taken my name to the credit bureau and I am now listed for questioning the inconsistency and inaccountability of there accounts department and few day ago I enquired as to why now I have to pay R394.57 and to remove my name from credit bureau because is affecting my credit profile I was told that I have to wait for six months even though I have paid all the outstanding payment that was caused by there accounts department and when I demanded to escalate the matter I was told that there Collections Department will call me and the matter will be resolved. Up to this day I never received a call from Cell C and I am listed a a bad payer and I have already paid R894 from the R891.59 they demanded. and don't owe them anything but they keep telling me that I am behind with 3 month payment and on top of that I am paying R394.57 instead of R294.01 I am tired of this reap of because the month of October I was not suppose to pay I need them to reverse that and also pay a monthly payment of R294.01 as initially agreed.

Good Day,

I dispute the outcome of this case because I know what I said to the agent and also what he said to me. I will further need to be issued with the first recording not the second one where the terms and conditions are read to me. That's not the true reflection that made me accept this offer because I did explain my financial position when I said I cannot afford if the deductions are made in the month of October and agreed to a R294.01 for the end off November. So why the October month is added because that is not an agreement listen to the recording carefully and stop shielding with the fact that the word pro rata was mentioned in the terms and conditions that where read to me. But the amount of 294.01 was the agreement to go of only end of November not October so why I am still listed because the deduction of October was not supposed to have charged even if you insist on the pro rata amount of R70. And why mislead me for saying you going to start deducting in the last day of November if I agree to accept the offer and now you do the opposite and now my name sitting on credit bureau that is how you lure customers. Iam not happy because this case is not resolved amicably have unresolved questions than answers. Can I be be removed on credit bureau my name why is still there.
