Overcharged!!! Phatetic service

Cant wait to cancel all my contracts with cell c, they mess up my contract by over charging me (december 2017) after so many emails and fights they finally admit they infact overcharge me, now its my duty to call every month to their phatetic call centre, MY DUTY to call to rectify their mistake that cannot be fixed, this month i emailed and called since the 8feb, and still they havent reimbursed me with my money they pwe me!!! On top of that i ask them to cancel my debit order, as i want to only pay the correct amount and not cell c messed up amount, they got the audacity to charge me R70 for a debit order reversal!!!!!! Sick of cell c, sick of fighting for my money, sick of it being my duty to call to get my money back from their stupid agents mess up!!!! Had it now!!! I had 5 contracts with cell c!!’n. Down to my last one!!!! Phatetic service
