Overcharged once again
After satisfactorily resolving my complaint in October 2017, I was promised that I would not be billed more than the contract amount of R199. As per the request of lady who helped me, I changed the 1-star rating to 5-star. Now for the month of November, I have once again been billed in excess of the contract amount.
