Overcharged Data Bill and Incorrect Data Extenda Nite time charges

I have inquired several times telephonically and via email with little anwers to unsatisfactory replies. In the month of April 2016 i was overcharged by an amout of R900 for data activity when I had sufficient data balances on the data extenda Nite data bundles. I also find it puzzling that there is that much data activity at that time of night as I usually do not use my phone between 12am and 5am and my phone is setup to perform updates manually and not automatically. It is also strange that I am only charged for certain data and not others on the same day.

I have attempted a detail analysis and requested for a resolution on the following top three issues based on the Data validation report that they sent me and my background in data analysis:

On the 23rd of April 2016 at 03:54:33 am and 26th of April at 05:20:57am - How was data allocated based on the start time, nite time data cut off and the end time of this particular data usage as there was a significant balance of nite time data bundle remaining.
On the 27th of April 2016 at 04:45:27 am - why is there a charge when there was available data bundle.
On the three above total amounts charged, how was this amount calculated based on the out of bundle rate fee of R 0.99

The cell c business consultant that I have dealing with is Mr Lesego Plaatjies. I have not receieved sufficient evidence or a satisfactory answer to my queries. I would like to inquire how Cell C can charge me and allocate data usage to the various data bundles if they do not monitor the start and end times.
There are various discrepancies on the CDR report as stated on my previous emails. My biggest concern is the visibility and audit trail of my data usage based on Rated units, Account charges and Account remaining. I would like to even further validate this report based on the maximum speed, out of bundle rate and duration of the data usage especially on the three biggest usage shown on the report which suspiciously all happened between 3am and 6am in the month of April.

This has also led me to doubt all my other data charges from months prior.
