OVERCHARGED BY CELL C FOR 23 MONTHS

Cell C data contract is a ripp off. I have been overcharged by them for the last 23 months after I was sold a data contract that would supposedly only cost R99 per month but instead I got billed R275 per month. I was informed by their call centre that they indeed overcharged me and that I would receive a refund within 2 working days....guess what... it is now a week later and no refund. I spoke to a very rude, uncaring agent from customer care this morning only to be told that it takes 2 days for them to acknowledge and start working on a query, I was never informed of this or even given a confirmation or progress update on my query. I would like to warn other FNB customers out there, who made use of this special offer through Cell C to check their monthly payments as who knows how many other consumers are being overcharged like this.
