overcharged by 100% with agreed upon rate

About 3 months ago my contract expired and rolled over to month-to-month. I was on a promotional rate, so once the contract expired, I was now paying the normal rate. I called the retentions department to cancel the contract, but was offered to keep paying the promotional rate if I kept the contract going on a month to month basis. I decided to go ahead with this, and was told it would be effective a month later.

Im now (3 months later) still paying the more expensive price, and according to the call center a new 2 year contract had been agreed.

on 13/08/18, I queried this with the call center after being cut off and passed to other departments, eventually had a ticket raised, with ref: ********** 563.

I was told it would take 2 days to get feedback, but today, 4 days later I have not heard anything. I queried with the call center again, but they could not find my ticket raised. I therefore had to explain the whole story top them again and had a new ticket raised.

This clearly amounts to *****(being offered to pay 1 rate yet another rate is charged). While Ive been happy with the quality of the network, Im disgusted with the manner in which this billing has been handled.
