Overcharged by 10 times more then monthly amount

On the 1st February 2015 I received a bank notification of R 2276 deducted by Cell C from my account. <br> The only contract that I have with Cell C is the Giga 20 post paid Data bundle for R200 per month. I queried this with a customer service consultant at the call centre and they informed me that on my contract an additional R2000 limit was added in the event that I over use data!! How ridiculous.. This contract was opened on the 13th October 2013, at the Cell C store in the East Rand Mall, by Sibusiswe Mdlalose. Not once was anything like this mentioned. And in fact, during the contract period, from October 2013 to 2014 have I not ever gone over the limit, as 10 GB is more than adequate. I have never paid anything additional for 'over usage'<br> Then my contract expired and I called the contracts department - and basically extended the current contract (that I singed at the Boksburg store - and has a copy) with the same conditions, just a slight increase to the monthly payment. Also on this call, no mention was made regarding this additional limit.. This matter was referred to the billing department.. but I felt I had to report this.Today I am reversing this money!!
