Overcharged and no service for customer of 11 years

I have been a loyal Cell C customer since 2013. But your service has been pathetic. You are quick to call when upgrades or additional services needs to be offered but disappears from the face of the earth when issues needs to be sorted. Firstly, I have a 30gb data contract. R279pm. After my contract expired you charged me for the 30gb data normal price for almost a year without anyone getting in contact. I ended up paying R800 per month. Now, when the first agent called, I wanted to upgrade my data contract to a laptop. We agreed. The day after, I called back to advise I don't want that contract, I want to R199.00 data one. Since November 2023. Nothing has been sorted. I have spoken to multiple agent, from different apartments. This just doesn't get any attention. The best of it is, the Huawei Laptop that I did not want was couriered to me, and is still at my house since November 2023. I have also requested it to be collect. And I still get charged for this. Cell C. If this is how you treat a client that was loyal for 11 years. I won't recommend anyone to use Cell C.
