OVERCHARGED
Today I called Cell C #140 to confirm my balance to pay for November on my contracts. My usual deduction was R704. 01 since last year. Today I am told I must pay R824. 25 because I went over the limit of my router.
HOW IN HEAVENS NAME IS IT POSSIBLE WHEN I PUT A LIMIT ON SO THAT IT DOES NOT EXCEED AND IT HAS NEVER EXCEEDED EVER!!!
Let me make 1 thing straight I am NOT PAYING A DAM CENT FOR YOUR PEOPLE MAKING ERRORS ON MY ACCOUNTS. I HAD TO DEAL WITH AN IMBICIL LAST MONTH AND THIS MONTH IT'S SEEMS THE WHOLE OF CELL C IS BANAL.
I am paying what I used to pay or you will never receive a payment from me EVER AGAIN!
