overcharged
A credit of: R 17.86 has been processed for the discount not loaded on my account. However 9 months later and I am still waiting for my money. Contract has been cancelled in June 2014. Credit was loaded on January 28, 2015 as per sms received. When is Cell C going to refund me? In the meantime my other contract has been overcharged for the past 2 months. What is going on.
