OVERCHARGED!!!
I've had my Giga20 contract since 2013, renewed it last year after after endless calls from Cell C on condition everything stays the same. I've just been debited R493!! Cannot get help on the call center; the store advised that I'll have to go instore. It was okay to do the sale with me telephonically, but they cannot assist me telephonically. The only answer is that it's an open line. Again, my condition to renew the contract was for everything to remain the same; a contract that is capped. A friend of mine had the same issue a year ago with a bill of about R2,000!!!

Best regards,
We're months down the line and still no call from Cell C.
When I did go to a store they advised they can only cap the account on R50, so either way they will get more money out of me. And I have to go to head office to assist me.
Why was it so easy to basically force me to take another contract telephonically, but when they mess up I have to make a trip to the store and spend my Saturday in customer services??
