Overcharged
I am currently in Europe. I have not used my sim card since I have been here. I was charged R660 in Feb and R1200 in March. I make use of WI-FI because of wireless internet. I have send a message to cell c via my account statement, but no response. I only received a blank statement with no information recorded.
