Overcharge

<p>I am so upset that i was overcharged on my bill. I have 3 contracts with cellc and 2 of the 3 was hardly used in the past 2 months, I have a open for the contracts but agreed to cap it at R50. what i was not aware of was the fact that my contracts are ex VAT, when i signed up in store i agreed to pay for two of my contracts 299 each and a data contract of R99, after my contracts was signed i then get told its open lines i agree to cap it at R50 but only later to find out that its excl Vat. now i receive a bill of 700 and im completly shocked. I am very uphappy and need this to be fixed but no can help me i honestly feel completly helpless. </p>
