Overbilling

<p>I was debited an amount that I did not expect. When I called to get an explanation I was to that I had been using my number and that was the amount charged so I asked for my statement to be sent to me and my number be blocked while I go through the statement. I received and went through my statement after which I called back and spoke to Lindiwe who was nice at first, I then explained to her that I do not understand the bill because I had not been using my sim card nor has anyone in my house been using it. That is when she told me that the system says I have been using it which means that I or someone I know have indeed been using I try to explain that it's impossible but she just tells me that the system wont make a mistake I ask if there's anyone else I can speak to she says it does not matter they are going to tell me the same thing. I tell her it's fine let them tell me the same thing, she says she will transfer me to another agent but they are all busy on calls. I felt like she's making light of the issue why would I want to talk to another Lindiwe when I feel like I am not getting assistance from her.</p> <p> </p> <p>Surely there's someone who has the competencies to deal with this matter, I have been paying my contract as is my responsibility and surely I have to get answers when I don't understand the reasons for the billing. Why should I pay for something that I did not use? Why don't you have people who are fully competent to deal with all these queries or at least people who will transfer you to the relevant people??? </p>
