Overbiling.....
Refuse to provide an itemized bill - but charged me R1000 over my limits. Absolute ******. Not allowed to speak to a manager.... porting asap.

As per our records your data out of bundle limit has been set at R0.00, this will be effective from May as you have already incurred out of bundle usage this month which will be billed in April as out of bundle usage is billed a month in arrears.
Kindly note that itemized bill is a VAS (value added service) and it's not activated on your account.
