OVERALL SERVICE TO OBTAIN A DEVICE

<p>I was trying to obtain a Huawei E5573 LTE router. I app**** with my company. the person assisting me was Mahlomola Mokoena. 4 days after I had no response. I had to call them in order to obtain whether it is approved or not. They declined due to the business not being trading for over a year, which I was fine with. I then asked if i can take it out in my personal name. Mahlomola Mokoena then responds to my email after i have contacted cell c to say the same thing ive already been told by the call centre. I email him backto say i want to get the contract on my name. He then responds later that day that he tried calling me and could not get through. Yet i have no missed calls on my cellphone. I then respond and ask him to please try again. I give him my number again incase he got the number wrong. i still have no response from him. i had to call in the service centre again and try to find a way to get the contract. It has been over a week since i first called in.</p>
