OVER PROMISE, UNDER DELIVER FROM CELL C

For the past 2 years Cell C has been debitting money from my account, I was not made aware that should I choose not to renew the contract I should call 30 days prior to the contract end. I did not use the data provided to me as I had no use for it; I tried fixing the issue and asking for a the account to be closed and a reimbur*****t. I was then advised to not cancel before getting my money back, I was then given ref numbers never to be called back, when I finally called back I was then told the account is closed (without my knowledge). Now May 2022, surprisingly "Roland" from the retention dept. called to enquire about an upgrade and I mentioned getting reimbursed either monetary or in data should I upgrade the contract. I called to enquire about this agreement (02/06) with I had with him, only to be informed the call had no indication of such an agreement, now mind you, the purpose of retention is to promise me a certain quality in order to keep me as a customer (lie to me if we are to be honest), hence I agreed to this upgrade because I took it on the understanding that I would be reimbursed 1052 gigs. The matter was on the system by the 8th of June and I had to call again because I was not informed, end of June. I was advised to get a nonRica'd sim card - got that. Tried to get my reimbursed data for the previous years first, as I noticed it was not included in the monthly plan - that did not happen. I finally decided to do the sim swap and not escalate the reimbur*****t matter (a favour I did after losing close to R2500). Now I'm trying to do a sim swap and I'm told because I have not used the sim card in over 60 days I have to visit a cell c store the new unRICA'd sim is useless. 60 days ago I did not have an upgraded contract. If I have to go for an affidavit it's money (R13), going to the nearest cell c store is money again (R17), doing a sim swap is R105!!! in store and R50+ over the phone.(Its free in some networks), what are you honestly doing with this money?! We are all affected by this inflation and all I'm asking is service for my money. Some of the agents I spoke to since May/June Moleboheng (informed me about the case regarding Roland); Josie; Nqobile (02/06); Tshidi; Tshiamiso; Louise (hung up on me 30/06) and i reported it to supervisor Kebone (30/06) 10mins later (haven't received feedback); Magane* (30/06) after Louise; Lungile (01/07) told me about the 60 days of no use hence I must visit a store; Nonhlanhla (01/07) whom I called immediately because I did not understand Lungile, Nonhlanhla then told me I was supposed to sim swap before doing the upgrade - am I supposed to know Cell C policies? Paballo Moswewu (sp), supervisor for Nonhlanhla is yet to call me back and further explain.
