Over one month's worth of poor customer service, is this even possible?

I have paid up outstanding debt and now that I want to have my devices unblocked and my credit record restored no one at this company wants to assist me.

Sixth/seventh interaction Response By E-mail (agent name) (14/10/2020 08:38:25) Dear Benjamin W Fourie Thank you for contacting Cell C Kindly note that your query has been escalated to the relevant department for assistance. Since then I have phoned once a week up to and including this week with promises by one after the other agent that my query have been escalated and someone??? would get back to me to resolve it.

Today Time 16:07 Wednesday 19 of Nov 2020 I have had enough. I spoke to your call center at 15:38 with the promise that a line supervisor would phone me back. Guess what... no call, no surprise.

It is awfully convenient how your companies system is stream lined when it comes to taking customers money but turns into a dead end maize when a customer needs assistance.

I feel wholly undone by your company and I must admit that it is a first for me.

If anyone reads this please give me a contact number of someone at this company that I can contact to resolve my current situation. Their customer service team and supervisors are unable to do so. I came to this conclusion not by fictitious ranting but actual service experience.

Well, good luck to me I guess...
