over deduct rental fees, listing on credit bureau

I have a problem with Cell C, first of all you have my details for a debit order run, if this does not remit the monies to you are you not suppose to contact me before you list this on the Credit Bureau ?????? this has an effect on my credit score which determine what my future payable interest are going to be.<br> Then when I figure this out mid month and pay you, you double deduct me any way and still list me on the bureau, and then keep the monies for the next months payment and above all amend your accounting records to show not the payment date but the date you discovered it in your bank account.<br>
